Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Professor Cup 2005!

Man, I can't believe I have to miss this. This is the major tournament I'd want to go to with my son (who's also a professor), within possible driving distance, and we have a religious convention to go to. Bummer. Well here's to hoping that Josh wins a trip to World's.

This is the professor event open only to professors who have earned 10 or more points, yes.

Thanks to this tournament I have to somehow get out of summer school a day early and drive overnight thursday, but I think Ill manage. ; )

Do the judge thing at 1 tournament...

the only tourney in Alberta between now and origins is the Gym Challenge on the 26th, but seeing as how it's gonna cost me $60 to get to it, i was wanting to play in it...

decisions decisions...

The 10 point requirement for entry isn't something new; it has been public info ever since the professor event was announced way back in March...

oh, i know, but i didnt know i was going until like 2 weeks ago, and since im one of two poke-players in a three hour radius... *asks john about doing a side event at the GC*

It doesn't have to be a premeire event.
Get some TO to run a tourney and judge it.
Or, if you're a TO, run one yourself.

My little sister and Taylor M are judging. I love the judging shirts. Best thing is the smallest is an Adult Medium and I can wear it.

Funny how the judges keep getting younger and younger... :) As of right now it looks like things are going pretty smooth. One of us (the staff) will probably be giving an update after the event is over. And good luck to all that are participating!

Well, being the most talented sealed player in this game, I know for sure I would dominate this event. However, I'm on the west coast, and even though I am rich, this woulden't be a smart endevour.
You're not rich.
Your mom and dad are.
They just let you spend their money.

Well it was fun and now its over, I thought this event ran really well and the judges were excellent...lol. The surprise for the winner was a bit expected, but I though it would have been a a bit different, like instead of playing, the trip would include an invite to help judge Worlds 2005. Either way, we all got free cards and lots of them, and plenty of prof. energy.

See ya
