Professor Points should count for Play points

Last year I missed out on getting the play point Pokemon Catcher promos by 5 play points, if my Professor points that I got for judging events were play points I would have had 10 extra play points and would have qualified for the Catcher Promos, any chance they might change to have Judge points count as play points in the future?
