Bonus points if you can compare to Copycat or Team Galactic's Wager (which both for sure say "shuffle your hand").

Hmmm, tricky. That Japanese person's translation says the same thing as the official English though, yet supposedly in Japan you have to shuffle? Maybe this card's not mistranslated, but poorly written in the first place?

おたがいのプレイヤーは、それぞれ、自分の手札をすべて山札にもどし、山札を切る。
ジャンケンをして、勝ったプレイヤーは6枚まで、負けたプレイヤーは3枚まで、それぞれの山札からカードを引く。

The bolded bit is present on both TGW and Rowan
