Promos 029 and 030

I saw an article on these new promos.
029 was Suicune,
030 was Celebi.
They are supposed to be reprints of the Wizard's promos.

I can't find this article here on the gym anymore.

Can anyone confirm this?

The article was in the NEWS section. They come with the carry tin box. There was also mentioning of window tin boxes with the Legendary birds promos, but I didn't see anything in the stores or on e-bay.

They haven't shown up in the US yet.
They are reprints.
I'll see about updating with a news item since we now have images of all 5 new promos.
