PSA 10 PreRelase Raichu or Illustrator? Yore choice

Well if there's only one copy of said card of course it won't be changing hands often lol, but you guys are right.
We're talking about a card that has supposedly 8 or more copies though. It's just ridiculous how little it's sold!

There's supposedly 10 copies of each SNAP card. We've seen up to maybe four sales of some of them (There are 10 different SNAP cards), and ZERO sales of others afaik. It's not uncommon for cards to not show up for sale, anything under 50 copies is a really low number in the grand scheme of things.
 
All of the Snap cards sold a long time ago privately, but they definitely do not appear for public sale often. As Jason said, a lot of the extremely low quantity cards don't appear for sale.

And there have been 2 copies of the Pre-chu sold that I know of.
