PSA 9 Holo Venasaur CD Promo?

I dunno anything about this card. I got it in already the PSA case from a friend for like $1.00 about 5 years ago and never thought anything of it until I learned what PSA ratings meant today as a result of reading the PSA Charizard thread. I dunno if it was even him who got it rated.

the one with the bulbasaur logo is worth more

This promo card came with about 10 or so others one of which was a Snorlax that used a Watermelon Token and some sort of Cake Token that also came with.

It was released with the Pikachu Records CD, which included reprints of several holos, including Please Trade Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur, N64 Cool Porygon/Snorlax, Vending Mew/Mewtwo, Arcanine, and a few trainers

It also came with a shadowless base Pikachu, so the Japanese players could get introduced to the American game.
