Would you guys be interested in myself selling some of my online cards on ebay? Im not advertising but I just want to see if there is any interest in this. These cards would be no where near the worth of real cards but stuff like a playset of catcher is like 5 or a fa deoxys is like 5 or a few regular cards for a dollar or 2. Would you be interested?

Interacting re: gems, but unless you can cash gems out for cash, it's not exactly the same thing.

Honestly, I think they could absolve themselves of any responsibility without actually taking the hard line route.

The site is down so I cant see the link but why would they ban you for selling your extras?

to answer your question, those "cards" are not yours, they belong to Pokemon. Its the exact same thing as buying gold on WoW. Even if the gold was legitimately earned in game, selling it is a violation of the ToS. Same goes with selling the digital cards.
