So I made a pokemon.com account and i downloaded the game. I try the game but at the start it just says that the program is not responding and it forces me to close the program. . I tried re-downloading a few times and using "repair", but no use. Any help?

Here are the steps if you're running some version of Windows:

Uninstall the game.

Once the game is uninstalled, go to the following folders and delete their contents, replacing "%user%" with your computer logon name:


C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Temp\The Pok__mon Company International\Pokemon Trading Card Game Online

C:\Users\%user%\AppData\LocalLow\The Pok__mon Company International\Pokemon Trading Card Game Online

C:\Users\%user%\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\WebPlayer\Cache\The Pok__mon Company International_Pokemon Trading Card Game Online

C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Pokémon Trading Card Game Online\PokemonTradingCardGameOnline

Empty out your Recycle Bin.

Then re-install the game.
