PTCGO problem - Help!

I am trying to run a Kyurem deck online. I make it in the deck maker and it says i own all the cards and it's all fine. When i load it to run it in a game though it says it is not legal. When i then return to the deck maker and load the deck maker it says something like "you may have traded away some of the cards in this deck, functionally similar cards have been substituted".

This happened before when i tried an Electrode / Big Basics deck and i couldn't use the deck! I have since run other decks (with rather similar trainer lines) with no problems.

Anyone have any ideas?

I had the same issue with Victini and it said it was substituted with the FA version, but it would not load. Weird, since I had a deck with Victini before and it worked fine, although it was not the exact card I had before (I got two new ones from trade). I reported it on the forum, but I'm not sure it was addressed.
