4 vulpix (reheat)
2 typhlosion Prime
1 quilava HGSS
2 cyndaquil HGSS

4 call energy
13 fire energy

4 bebe search
4 pokemon communication
3 broken time space
3 roseannes research
4 rare candy

the plan is to get charizard out with a full bench and start swinging for 80 damage T1 and up to 130. ninetails for draw power and typhlosion to recycle my energies.

theproblems im having is getting out the evolutions. i can fill the bench just fine and i draw energies without an issue just its really slow for a deck with 3 familys and one attacker.

any help is welcome and im not restricted by money so any card is welcome but im trying to keep the deck within rotation of PL-UL.
 
Just an idea...

If you switch out one of your typhlosion prime for the older typhlosion (MT) it does the exact same power but doesn't do damage as in when you attach energy from your discard. And a plus part is that its weakness is just water+30 not waterx2.
 
id like to keep the deck within platinum to unleashed. also for a deck update, i took out the call eneries for fire and i took out 1 charmeleon and 1 bts for 2 expert belt
 
With 4 rare candies,your charizard line just needs to be 4-2-4. And drop your line of ninetails to 3-3. Now you have 4 more spots. Expert belt comes to mind. And your trainer line seems really small. You won't be needing 13 energy. So drop a few. Poke-Drawer helps speed. Pokedex handy. And even Victory medal (maybe) are speed choices i've seen in shuppet list. Try to increase the trainer line for greater speed and consistency. You don't win by just drawing cards.
 
I like your idea, but I´d drop out 2 Charmeleon,too... Perhaps you can replace them with some Supporters oder Trainers...
 
If you plan on making this a PL-on deck you'll need to drop Call energy the SW Charmeleon and the Roseanne's
