Pull Ratios for B&W and "retail" pulls

So, my wife got me a $75 gift card for Amazon for Christmas that I have yet to spend, but I think it is time. I'm contemplating getting a B&W Booster box or a case of tins. From what everyone has seen, what are the pulls like in B&W boxes?

Also, is it just me, or does anyone else have really good "luck" when it comes to retail pulls? If that is the case, would I be better buying a case of Tins?

I guess the heart of my question is this: with only Reshiram and Zekoram, is it just a crap shoot either way?
 
for some reason, packs in tins seem to always have good cards. however, you get both Zekrom and Reshiram secret rares in every box, so you might as well go with the whole box.
 
I opened two tins yesterday and got neither of the full art cards. Between myself and my sister, I got the full art Zekrom and Pikachu at pre-release.

If you're not big on collecting the actual promos (and don't want a bunch of tins laying around the house) the box is probably the better idea, IMO.
 
I pulled 3 extended art reshis in 1 reshi tin and 4 zoroark boxes. Take that for what its worth. I wanted the zoroarks anyway so for me they extended arts were gravy in top of that. The pull rates on juniper, some commons, and the ability state 2s seems really out of whack though
 
I think I was the only one in my Pre-release to pull the "Inferno Fandango" Emboar.

We had about 20 people. 8 packs each. 160 packs? and only 1? what are the odds? o_O

Juxtapose that with this: their was one girl who got three zekroms in her 8 packs - two of them full art.
 
I seem to always have decent luck with any kind of retail packs (with multiple packs).

As mentioned I got both tins, the Victini box, and the 3 different 3 booster blister packs.

I kind of mixed up the 22 packs, but I did get 2 full-art Reshirams (and 1 of each of the regular Reshiram & Zekrom).

As for other tins, I have pulled several Lv. X cards, Legend halves, and "shiny" legends/pokemon (or other "hard to get cards"). I also do this in the boxes as well, though for some odd reason when I bought the World of Illusions box, and the evolution pack (Torterra) I got a Celebi Prime in the evolution pack, and not much in the box.

However, on some occasions I did not pull anything "good" from the tins.

I got a box today from trading in a COL box. After some trading at the pre-release, plus the box, I now have the full set. In the box I only pulled one of the ability starter stage 2s. However I got one of every other rare holo in the set. You get one of each full art in each box. The rest is pretty random to my knowledge. And the secret rare pikachu is 1 per 3 boxes too I think.
 
Out of 20 packs so far from retail (Reshiram tin, Zekrom tin, and 6 promo blisters from Toys R Us with 2 packs and 2 promo per blister) I've pulled 1 SR Pikachu, 0 EA Reshiram/Zekrom, and a total of 6 holos (7 including Pikachu). Emboar (no ability), Krookodile, Reshiram, Serperior w/ability, Samurott w/ability, Zoroark (got a RH one too).

Out of 8 prerelease packs I got EA Reshiram as my only holo in my initial 6 packs. In the 2 'prize' packs I got a Reshiram holo (regular) and Krookodile holo.
 
Out of maybe 10 packs I got a rh zoroark, holo zoro, 3 rs reshis , 1 zekrom ea, and pikachu

my friend got a box and pulled one of each fulla rt card, secret pikachu, 2 zoroark, 2 emboar and about at least one of everything else if not 2
 
Bought a couple of those $11.99 blisters at Target. Got a holo and reverse holo Reuniclus in one pack! Also got a holo Samurott :)
 
Just got a box today. Pulled literally at least one of every card except Zoroark (which I traded for today). Including Pikachu and 1 of each Zekrom and Reshiram. So yeah, BEST BOX EVER!!!!!
 
My league shop owner pulled 1 of each full art, a pikachu, 3 emboar w/ ability, 1 samurot w/ abiity, 1 serperior w/ ability, 2 Klinkklang w/ ability, 1 krookodile, reshiram and zekrom reg plus a whole bunch of other stuff.

The ratios honestly seem pretty dec.
 
Bought 3 blister single-booster packs yesterday:

1x Minccino 88/114 (RH)
1x Pokedex 98/114 (1RH)
 
Went to Toys R Us and begrudgingly bought three of those secret egg blisters fo $9.99 each. Got two Pidove and a Pansage. No Axew. Hatched a Pansage in the game too.

Although, I did pull a holo Inferno Fandango Emboar, reverse holo Professor Juniper, Hydro Pump Alomomola, reverse holo Cinccino, and a holo Reshiram.

Pretty nice. Just need one more Emboar and another Reshiram...
 
My son bought a box.....all he really pulled was 2 full art Reshirams........ I have gotten a total of 26 boosters myself, have pulled 3 full art Reshirams, 2 reg Reshirams, 2 ability stage 2's, and some rh trainers.......It could just be my luck, but it seems to me Zekrom is a harder pull......
