putting prizes on the table

at the beginning of the game, can you put the prizes from the bottom of the deck? or from the middle? i though that the prizes should be put from the top of the deck. I ask this because some people here is saying that putting prizes from the bottom or the middle lets you see what cards you have there, cheating obviously, but you can't prove that...:concern:

Whenever a game mechanic says to draw a card, it means from the top of the deck.
So, no, you can't pull prize cards from those places.
Note that this does not include judge actions when they are attempting to repair the game state.
