Question about a 2009 Worlds DSi on Ebay

Someone on ebay is selling a 2009 Worlds DSi. My son's Worlds DSi went missing about a week ago, so I wanted to make sure what this person is claiming in their auction is correct. Both the seller and my son live in same state which is a little concidential. The seller says he/she is a T16 senior from Worlds or is selling it on their behalf. Please see the link below. Can someone confirm this? I don't need na ame or anything.

I saw that Pokepop. The box that my son's came in had a sticker on it stating it was for the trading card game. The box in the pictures doesn't have this. I doubt this auction is for my son's DSi. It would just make me feel better if it was confirmed that the senior was atcual selling the one he/she won because it's odd that my son's would disappear and one would appear on ebay in the same state at the around the same time.
