Question: Rocket´s Tricky Gym

Question: when I use Rocket´s Tricky Gym´s Feint Attack with a Dark Tyranitar and it has 1 Darkness Energy attached and I´m attacking the Defending Pokemon, the damage will be 30 or 20?? I´m asking this because a judge on a Championship I played said that Feint Attack does not deal more damage with more Darkness Energy attached to the Attacking Pokemon...

Just like any other Feint Attack (there are lots of rulings on them in the Compendium), Darkness Energy DOES add damage when the Active is being damaged.
It says not to apply effect on "that Pokemon", but the extra damage effect from Darkness is on the ATTACKING Pokemon!
