question sycamore/juniper and dices

first question:

can i use 2 juniper and 2 sycamore in the same deck (4 total with the same ability)? can i use 4 juniper and 4 sycamore? or i can use only up to 4 juniper but NO sycamore?

2nd question:

the dices from elite boxes are official to use in tournaments? i have been told that they cannot be use because dices must be transparent.

c. Yes. Pokemon issued a special rule for these two cards. One or the other. You can't use both in the same deck.

2. Yes they are. Only the die used to roll needs to be translucent or transparent. The rolling die is translucent, that is enough.
The ones used for damage counters can be solid.
