Quick Card-Dex Clarification

The official Tournament Rules state that for non-local language cards they are required to have either a copy of the card outside their deck or

the player has a copy of the official Pokémon TCG
Card-Dex containing the card’s text, which can be downloaded at from the
Tournament Rules and Resources page.

So my question is, do I need to print the entire page that the card is on, or can I copy and paste that section and print out just the cards that I need.

Also, if I do have to print the entire page the card is on, may I highlight the card that I do have in my deck?

One more quick question, can I keep all the pages in a binder with tabs so i can quickly reference them?

You need to print the entire page.

You can highlight.

I see no reason not to, as long as you can get the reference needed in a timely manner.
