Quick question about translations

can i print out a scan from a site and use it as a translation? or do i have to have the actual card?

You need either:

1. An English copy of the card outside your deck, or
2. a print of an unaltered page from the official Card-Dex.

Scans are not acceptable references.

You have to have the entire unaltered page. Copy and pasting the translations you need saves paper, but has been deemed unacceptable.
