r~gon is, i think, flygon d giving accelerated energy to your pokes, but what pokes are usually used?

With a Gatr and two Flygon you can get a Charizard d powered up and doing 120 in one turn!

It's actually Latis, Mews, Rays, Eggs that was often used with Flygon energy acceleration.

i've also seen kingdra d ex and gardy d ex but really it depends on what you like, but i'll go as far to say that Ray d ex and Mew*/pop5 are staple
