Raikou EX/Darkrai EX Dark Explorers and Plus Power

Question: Since Raikou EXs (DEX) VOLT BOLT attack doesnt list damage next to it, but in the effect subtext says to choose 1 opponent Pokemon and do 100 damage to it, would Plus Power be able to increase the damage output? Likewise, would Darkrai EXs (DEX) NIGHT SPEAR attack, which does 90 DIRECT DAMAGE and as an effect does 30 to an opponents bench Pokemon, be able to increase output to 100 DIRECT and 40 BENCH through the use of Plus Power?(CARD:http://pokebeach.com/scans/dark-explorers/thumbnails/63-darkrai-ex.gif)

Sure, but only to the active. (per the text on PlusPower).
Note that whether the text is printed in big letters of comes from directions in the attack text has nothing to do with it being base damage.

Same answer here. The PlusPower text specifies that it only adds to damage done to the active Pokemon, so damage done to benched Pokemon is not added to. So it would be 100 and 30. Again, nothing to do with where the damage is written, all to do with the text on PlusPower.
