Rainbow and Fighting Tag?

When I use Machamp Prime's Fighting Tag Poke-Power, can I move Rainbow energies attached to my Active to the Machamp Prime? Fighting Tag does not distinctly state basic fighting, but simply fighting. I don't know if Rainbow energy would qualify as Fighting Energy to be movable.

Likewise, can I use Fighting Tag even if I do not have fighting energy on my Active to switch with Machamp?

As you note, it does not specify "Basic Fighting energy", so the Rainbow counts as Fighting and would have to be moved if you used Fighting Tag.

Energy has to be moved or else you can't do the switch. It says "if you do".
