In my recent battle roads I went 2-2 with a straight Rampardos (There were some complications making me go 2-2). So i decided adding Kingdra Prime Would be a good idea, and so far it has been. I still would like ome help to make it better.

Strategie: This is not meant to be a "Donk Deck" but it has the posiblility to Donk. Rampardos is my main attacker, and Kingra is for the extra damage counter and a secondary attacker. I try my best to use SSU's to stop some knockouts to Rampardos, and most starts I can get 2 Rampardos out quick.

Any help is apretciated.

Your main attacker is a Fossil, so I would add in Regice or Luxray GL Lv. X to get rid of opposing Spiritoms so you can set up.

I also think that Nidoqueen shouldn't need to attack, so I would drop the Psychic Energy for a Rainbow Energy or another Fighting Energy for consistency.
 
I think this is a very cool deck! But I also agree with the above, spiritomb isn't nice to start against. So, try either those and/or cyclone energy.
 
I like both of our idea's how about taking out psychic for a cyclone energy?

Rampardos might not do so good in this season with all the trainer locks and stuff, but I'll do the best I can to help you out.

Maybe up the BTS into 3 or 4, 4 Expert Belt ain't needed because that's way too much, and make the Uxie's into 2 or 3 for consistency. I like the guy's idea above with the Regice LA, maybe take out an Expert Belt for that?
 
I like the Deck Idea but in this format, I think your safe going with your priority being on Kingdra and having Rampardos to counter Electric pokemon
