Why did we never receive this RC? It is easily the best looking Rare Candy ever printed!

Reviving Legends is the Japanese name for Undaunted, by the way. I guess they were just afraid the set would have too many good cards if they threw Rare Candy in as well *r/e*

We didn't get some of the reprints due to them being reprinted in the battle decks in Japan, and those being thrown into Unleashed (some cases vary) For instance we didn't get the Plus Power from RL, as well as the Pokemon Reversal and Poke Ball in the Battle Starter decks in Japan. (The only one we did get was the Dual Ball from the Expert Decks)

You could say that they didn't reprint them because they were redundant, but we did get Dual Ball (also from UL like many of them) in CoL.

Why they weren't in CoL, the world will never know.

I was honestly expecting them in CoL. That set ended up being a disaster for everyone.

Yes, I was IMMENSELY upset that we didn't get this version of rare candy. It is, BY FAR, the best looking in the game. I always hoped it would show up in our CoL set, but it didn't :\

It's very, very doubtful we'll ever see it, particularly with the Dark Rush reprint coming up. That ones looks good too, but not nearly as good as this one. Not even close.

Why are our sets different than Japan's, anyways? Why not just make them identical? Someone explain the logic to me.

40 cards =/= American-sized set...

It really doesnt matter if we get it or not. I mean it looks cool but we have rare candy in format still and it will come out later so. Besides sandstorm rare candy looks better =P

Does it honestly matter what the cards look like? It has no effect on the game whatsoever.

It has no effect in-game but its a way for players to "pimp" their deck and make the deck in their own sense of style. Its the same rationale behind running regular or reverse foils, normal or full art, etc. It essentially boils down to a simple, real-world analogy: assume all cars run the same, break down the same, etc. Would you rather have a Lamborghini or a Toyota Camry? Both get you from point A to B, but one looks way nicer. If the price differential is virtually the same, why would you opt for the less interesting one?

To all of you who keep saying its the best looking rc ever, u need to look at the one from dark rush. It's ten times better. Lol

The Dark Rush one is the most uglier of all. Come on, a candy green like zombies, would you eat it ?
The Revived Legends one has the best colors, beautiful decoration, it's like the candy has been delicately put in the water of a classy stylized bath tub.

Since the beginning, all the decoration was just "a Rare Candy appears !", and now there is a rare candy in a such epic decoration that haven't been printed outside Japan ? Heresy ! This should be a Player Reward, a Professor gift, a tin box or whatever.

I don't know. I hate seeing sets with broken families, and if we were to get all the things Japan has, we'd be seeing a lot more of them. Most of the time, their non-main sets have only basics for families. The Reshiram EX/Zekrom EX decks and the Battle Gift Set Thundurus vs Tornadus had a Vanillite/Vanillish no Vanilluxe; Timburr/Gurdurr no Conkeldurr; Torchic, no evolutions, Tympole/Palpitoad, no Seismitoad; Scyther no Scizor. I'd hate to see that in an international release too.

Note: Don't quote a post that contains profanity.
It just means that all of your post is getting deleted too, no matter how many well reasoned points were in it.
