The strategy in this deck is to get the early lead and completely wipe out the opponents Pokemon with "Final Blowup". In the beginning you use Flint's Willpower to get two energies on rayquaza in one turn. Then you can use premier ball to get rayquaza C Lv.X out faster. SP and Rainbow energy provide a little freedom on the energies needed. Banette and Blissey are used to get rid of all the cards in your hand once set up and Blissey takes off damage as a bonus. Of course use Uxie and Claydol to draw. Super Scoop Up picks up banette to avoid a KO. Snowpoint Temple adds health to rayquaza C.
