Hey guys, I am working on this Ray Eel deck and could really use some advice/deck help.

4 Tynamo (tackle w/ free retreat)
4 Eelektrik
3 Rayquaza ex
2 Keldeo ex
1 Reshiram plf
1 Zekrom plf
1 Emolga

4 Juniper
3 N
3 Colress
2 Bianca
1 Skyla

4 Float Stone
4 Ultra Ball
3 Level Ball
3 Pokemon Catcher
1 Energy Search
1 Computer Search
1 Tool Scrapper
1 Super Rod

8 Lightning Energy
5 Fire Energy

My strategy here is to bring out emolga turn 1 and call for family. this is why i run the free retreat tynamo and 4 float stone. if i dont open emolga, ill open with either a tynamo or a big basic. i search for emolga with either level ball or ultra, bench, then retreat with either the free retreat tynamo or a big basic with a float stone.

i run two keldeo because when i ran one and it would get prized, the decks play slows down by so much because i rely on the rush in - float stone retreat combo.

Skyarrow is okay, especially with stadium battles and all, but since i can only retreat once per turn, i really prefer the keldeo/float so i dont have to dynamotor an energy on keldeo to retreat it again.

id like to maybe run a 4th catcher, maybe some bicycle, consistency things i guess.

I was looking into plf Mr. Mime, and maybe running switches just incase of a snorlax match up. maybe drop 1 float stone and something else?

what do you guys think?

One thing that sticks out is the plf zekrom and reshiram if you are running reshi and mr zek you should run the outrage versions

but imo
-zekrom
- 1 ray ex
-1 float stone
- 1 ultra ball
- 1 colress
- 1 fire

+ 1 emolga
+ 1 mr mime
+ 3 switch
+1 skyla

Don't run the free retreat Tynamo ESPECIALLy since you run Keldeo/Float Stone. With Kyurem, Landorus, and Darkrai able to hit the bench for 30, you will see them getting KO'd way more often than you would like. The free retreat IS NOT worth it.

Did the -1 colress for +1 skyla

Also -1 float stone for +1 skyarrow bridge

Should i do 2-2 tackle/thunder wave tynamo?

I'm wondering if I need two skyarrow. My decks strategy is Keldeo/float stone, but the 1st turn emolga is so good that if I have to run the 40 hp tynamo so they don't get KOed 1st turn I need to set up a first turn skyarrow bridge. Also another reason I uped skyla. Should I run a second skyarrow?

Emolga and Keldeo are both important for the strategy, so if any are prized it really hurts, but running two of both Is way overkill. I was debating between keeping the 2nd Keldeo or dropping one for the 2nd emolga, but Keldeo is way more important.

I'm also considering dropping 1 ultra ball. I really need to open with either that or level ball so I can set up, but late game I always find myself having like two ultra ball an one or two level ball left in the deck and really nothing to search unless I need another rayquaza. Maybe -1 for skyarrow, but honestly I'm not sure which is higher priority
