Well, since Kingdra EX and a few other waters seem to counter Rayquazza's with Shards, I decided to do something about it.... note this is Exp-DR deck... of course Blaze EX will be added once it is tourney approved....

Strategy is straight forward, and this gives Water decks like Kingdra EX a big knock up side the head.... Ray stalls like it should, and no Water OHKO anymore... pretty usefull against Gardi too, eliminating their Orans, causing them either less energy or more damage depending on how risky opponent gets....
