strategy is to get some quick damage with Mewtwo or Rayquaza while setting up Eels to get Rayquaza powered up.
Rayquaza is there because decks need non-Ex attackers nowadays and also to kill Hydregeins or Rayquaza EXs without risk of losing two prizes.
DCEs power up Mewtwo as well as allow for quick Eel retreat
Energy search is to search for fire when need or lightning if I'm about to dump my hand, for Eels to motor later.
I don't have heal factors so I put in EViolites to keep Pokes alive, they help against snipes.
Just looking for a little bit of suggestions.
Mewtwo and Rayquaza don't have damage caps so I thought it be good to put them together.
