PokePop Administrator Staff member Jan 12, 2012 #2 I can't comment on the wording of Prism Energy and whether it requires a Basic Pokemon or an unevolved Pokemon since we don't have the English text for it yet. However, RDL is NOT a Basic Pokemon.
