Must I fulfil both conditions of Regice's Regi Move?
I was testing a deck against the PC and I came up with a situation where I wanted to discard 2 energies so that I could use Regigigas's Sacrifice but the PC had an Ampharos active.
I don't care about moving the Pokemon, I just want to discard 2 energies for Regigigas.
Are both effects of the power cancelled out if my opponent has an evolved Pokemon active?
