Regigigas LvX is just to give regi more hp and to use sacrifice if needed.

i prefer using switch and warp point for darkrai x instead of level max
since my main Attacker cant snipe, i use 4 Poke Blowers.

Yeah, that is an unhelpful, rude, and unkind post. This is to help with the deck, not say how bad it is.

On topic, I would
-1 regular dark
+1 special dark (to help with the sableye donk)

other than that, maybe
-1 rescue
+1 night maintenance or TSD

like the idea.

That was very rude, and you most definitely could not beat this deck with your starter deck, taking into consideration that you never noted your Starter deck nor how you could "destroy" him.

Regigigas doesn't really fit the Weavile, but if you can get a Flygon, then I would suggest putting your precious Weavile to use and pair it up with Flygon.

By the way - I would play 2 3/106 GE Darkrai and 1 4/106 GE Darkrai. That way, you can always be dealing 80 damage a turn if luck has you to only have Darkrai to rely on.
