the numbers i gave you for so cal came straight from the PTO.
in my experience, problems with the numbers on the OP site come from POP ID issues: for example, i can be 99.9% sure that the '32/40/3' on what's supposed to be the junior /senior age group upload comes from parents who get their DOB listed on their child's account. i get those issues *all the time* when uploading my events.
if you're going to wait to finalize numbers until they change on the OP site you may have a long wait...
