[Poison Pokemon Master]

Im not sure if this is too early to ask since the card hasnt been officially released in USA yet but
I was wondering if we are going to see some specific rulings on rescue energy, for exp

What card exactly is saved by rescue
What about Pokemon LvX + Rescue energy
What about water rescue + rescue energy (say if you tail code rescue energy or something)
What if the pokemon is hit with an attack that removes rescue energy at the same time it is KO'd

Rescue Energy returns all of the Pokemon Stages (and Level X) back to the hand.

Please detail your Water Rescue/Rescue Energy/Tail Code question.
Too many things going on there to toss out a one liner.

If rescue energy is removed as an effect of the attack, then it is not there at the time the KO is resolved and the Pokemon goes to the discard pile (or where-ever else it was heading.)
