Pokémon - 19
3 Tepig BLW #15
2 Pignite BLW #17

3 Emboar BLW #20

4 Reshiram*BLW
2 Vulpix HSU #68

2 Ninetales HS/CL
3 Stantler HSU #64

Trainers/Supporters - 23
3 Pokemon Collector

2 Professor Oak’s New Theory
2 Professor Elm's Training Method

3 Fisherman

3 Energy Retrieval

2 Junk Arm
2 Rare Candy
2 Flower Shop Lady
2 Interviewer's Questions
2 Revive

Energy - 18
14 Fire

2 Rescue

2 Double Colorless

Strategy:
Summon Reshirams to attack. Get them by using Pokémon Collector. Also by using Stantler's "Call for Family". Use Revives to revive Reshiram. Also, use Rescue Energy to recover Reshirams. Evolve Tepig to Emboar either via Pignite or through Rare Candy. Use Professor's Elms Training Method to obtain Emboar and/or Pignite cards. Use Emboar's Inferno Fandango to put as many Fire Energy Card on Reshiram as I can, and make him use Blue Flare for massive damage. Use Outrage when convenient. Use Energy Retrieval and Fisherman to recover Energies discarded by Blue Flares or defeated Reshirams. Use Interviewer's Questions to get more Fire Energies. Use Professor Oak's New Theory to swap bad hands and use Junk Arm to recover needed Trainer Cards. Evolve Vulpix to Nintetails and use Roast Reveal when more cards are needed.

While the deck is not too bad, I'm pretty sure it can be improved with some of the newer cards. Also, I'd like it to be usable once we can't use the Heart Gold and Soul Silver cards. Thanks in advance.

[DEL]How to improve it? Don't play Reshiboar.[/DEL]

Get rid of PETM and add more PONTs and Junipers. Professor Elm is just such a waste of your Supporter, plus it's not unlikely you'll get the Evolutions you'll need via PONT and Juniper.

Heavy Ball would be great to search out the Emboars.

Don't play Stantler. It's not worth it. Play Dual Ball, Ultra Ball, Level Ball. Just don't play Stantler.

I personally would run Super Rod instead of Revive, but that's just me.

Max out your Junk Arms, you have too few.

Normally, I'd say that you have too few Recover cards. In this case, you just have the wrong ones. You need to have 4 Energy Retrieval and 4 Junk Arm. This is not an option in this deck. They have to be there. Retrieval is simply too easy to use compared to the other Recover cards you've got in there.

Revive and FSL are slots doing essentially the same thing: getting back Pokemon. Streamline a bit and use Super Rod instead.

INterviewers and Elms are both a waste of Supporter slots. Collector, PONT, and Juniper are better options, as they get you things OTHER than Energy.

I survive quite easily on 12 energy in my TyRam deck. You can do much better with at least 4 of those slots.

Add a Tepig. You want 2 in play at the end of every turn you don't have an Emboar. Catcher is obnoxious.

Switch is necessary.

Either Collector or Dual Ball is necessary. I prefer Collector for slower decks.

I've been taking some notes from a lots of websites (This one included) and I noticed that Junk Arm and Fisherman are going to be rotated out by September. This seems like a problem to me, considering Junk Arm is very essential for the deck.

So, what should I replace Junk Arm with?

Honestly...there's no direct replacement for Junk Arm. You can try with Sableye since you'll be losing the Vulpix/Ninetales and Stantler, but it could be a liability at times since you need to pretty much risk sacking it to get some Trainers back. So maxing out your Energy Retrievals is a must, along with the Candy (why you don't do this already I don't know). Using some Catcher of your own never hurts as it allows you to control matchups and pick off targets.

I'd consider a Ball Engine in looking forward as well since you'll be losing Collector regardless, and like Bullados said ditch your Interviewers, PETM, and FSL for Juniper (not PONT, unless you're going to Worlds with Reshiboar for some reason POTN will be gone otherwise), add in some Random Receiver as well (since you can minimize your Supporters to guarantee Random Receiver hits the one you want). But yeah, you'll definitely want to change up your Trainer/Supporters as quite a few of them will be rotated out.

For Pokemon, Mewtwo EX (when the tin comes out) is a great grab, better than Reshiram EX now since you'll have a full mono-weakness otherwise.

vulpix and ninetails are also getting rotated so there goes your draw power pokemon...

stantler also gets rotated out...

super rods should place back your energies to your deck but you'll need to run cilan or more draw supporters to get those enrgy to your hand after you super rod them into your deck.

Your Pokemon line should look something like this
4-4 Ninetails
3-1-2 Emboar (+1 Bad Boar if you think swinging for 150 is worth tossing 4 NRG)
2 Mewtwo EX
1 Reshiram
1 Smeargle

Resh is good in some Matchups and awful in most. OHKOing anything in the format will end being more usefull to you anyways.

** Edit** If anyone was at nationals and played a decent amount of side event, you probably ended up playing me. I went 57-9 with my Reshiboar over that weekend winning 13, 8 man side events.
