This is my perspective of a new deck i figured out could work. It is a rogue version of ReshiPhlosion:

Pokemon:
3 Reshiram BW
2 Tornadus EP
2-1-2 Typhlosion Prime
1 Cleffa (I know its only 1 but can you find room?)
1 Tyrogue
1 Smeargle
1 Ditto
Total: 14

T/S/S:
4 Junk Arm
3 Pokemon Catcher
3 Pokemon Communication
3 Plus Power
3 Rare Candy
1 Revive
2 Switch
2 Pokemon Collector
2 Copycat
2 Sages Training
2 Engineer's Adjustments
2 Prof. Elm's Training Method
1 Twins
2 Interviewer's questions
2 Fisherman
1 Flower Shop Lady
Total: 34

Energy:
10 Fire Energy
2 DCE

Try Starting With Tornadus. Get Him set up in two turns with a dce and a fire. Get a Reshiram on the bench and set it up using Tornadus's Hurricane. Also Try getting typhlosion set up for afterburner onto reshiram for faster set up. Using tornadus, Hurricane for easy KO's early game. Then use Reshiram after it's set up with a typhlosion.

Ha, i literally was just thinking about how viable Tornadus could be in Reshiplosion. However, 11 Pokemon is far too low.

First off, 3/2/3 Typh is not debatable anymore. Even that isn't always enough with Pokemon Cather around, but you can't go lower than that. You also want to look at running Ninetales as it speeds up your draw power and discarding of Fire energy.

Then, looking at your trainer list. Energy Retvrival and Fisherman just arent needed. Easy take outs. You also want to try and run higher counts of cards, rather than a few choice copies of everything. Try picking between Sages, Pont, Collecotr, COpycat and Cheren, with only a single copy of Twins? This will get rid of inconsistancies that come with too many single copy cards.

For trainer items, 1 Revive/3 Catcher will work fine. You can Junk Arm for Revive alter game, and Cathcer is more helpful earlier.

Lemme know fi you have any questions about my decisions or things you want to add/remove/problems you are having.

i like ditto but it fails against catcher...
also elms is a waste compared to PONT/juniper/sages/most supporters you could play.
copycat isnt good because you just help yanmega
i would do this:
-1 ditto
-1 smeargle
-1 tyrogue(just no. # of cleffas is goin down a lot)
-2 elms
-2interviewers(hand refresh gets you energy)
-1 fisherman. energy in your discard is Good when running a typhlosion.
so -8 cards
add:
1-1-1Typhlosion
4 PONT
1 pokemon collector.
you need at least 3 collectors. really needs to be 4.
also need more dce for tornadus/reshiram to abuse.

I would definitelly add 2 collectors, 1 communication. Drop 1 Tyrogue, 1 Smeargle, 1 Ditto. Also consider above post and try to playtest your deck against tier1 decks to see how it performs....
