Got one of them new reshiram boxes today with the figure and alt art promo. Got 2 of the holo promos. Is this normal?

I got one in mine, I've only seen this error once before a few years back in a blister pack, so you're quite lucky.

So did they forget to give you the special code card when they gave you the second Reshiram? Or did you get two Reshiram and the code card?
