hey keitarocks i think i will try what you r telling me to take out and put in.

wait keitarocks why r u telling to take out junk arm?

because you dont rly need them.
ull have 4 communications, 3 rare candy and 2 switch.
why would u like to use junk arm?
to have fire energies on your discard pile?
if that so, i recommend to use 2 typhplo prime and 1 normal typhlo (120 damage), besides u have ninetales for discarding energies.

I suggest adding in a counter for the water weakness, Lanturn prime should be your best bet, it's also a good counter for Donphan. I would put 3-2 Lanturn prime.

there will be too many pokemon if u add lanturn, just try to ko them with 1 hit, maybe pluspower or blackbelt, that way reshiram or typhlo (120 base damage) can do the job.

That's true.
However I would probably change zoroark for lanturn tho. The main attacker on water decks like feraligatr and blastoise have attacks that can OHKO your fire pokemon, but if you foul play them, they will not OHKO the water pokemon.

He won't always get a T2 or T3 Ninetales, so having that Junk Arm is a good way to get those energies in the discard if you managed to Rare Candy your Typhlosion but can't get Ninetales as quickly. Junk Arm is always useful in adding consistency in getting those trainers that you need. Like a 5th Communication CARD, not usage of it.

2-1 Typhlosion is actually not worth it, your better off going for consistency and adding Revive to get Reshiram back.

-2x Girafarig HG&SS
-1-1 Zoroark B&W
-1x fisherman
-1x copycat
-2x flower shop lady
-2x seeker
-4x pokemon collector
-3x professor elm;s training method
-1x rescue energy

+1-0-1 Typhlosion prime
+1x pokemon communication
+2x dual ball
+2x professor oak's new theory
+4x professor Juniper
+1x rare candy
+2x cleffa
+2x revive
+2x plus power

This will give you more consistency than your current list. You need a thick typhlosion line since its a great second attacker. The ability to discard an energy is priceless sometimes. I prefer to run dual balls over collector because you can't grab uxie anymore so it doesn't give you 3 pokemon and draw power so its not as strong as it use to be, but that's up to you. I would also try to fit some pokemon reversal in there to pull up some key pokemon like Emboar.

i'm not taking collectors out because ur not gonna get head on a coin flip or a dice roll all the time. i might put in 1 more dual ball.

i like ur deck, its rly similar to mine typhlo-reshiram deck.
but...4 collectort+3 dual ball? D:

-1 dual ball

+1 reshiram

u may add some pluspower, for 1hko zekrom-blastoise and others 130hp pokemon.

Swap Typhlosion for Emboar, he's more versatile, especially if you're running a 3-2-3 line. With 2 Fandangos and 1 Heat Crash, you'll be able to hit 120 for the rest of the game once you're set up without damaging yourself. Throw in 2 Plus Power to take out Zekroms and for the mirror match. You might want to consider swapping the interviewer's for a Juniper, I know it's risky, but if you're stuck with a terrible hand or you're down to just a few cards, it can save your life and help reload you with trainers and energies. Junk Arm has great use with Juniper

Just some thoughts for you...
I think you may have too many cards to get basic out, they must be clogging your hand mid-late game. Try some hand refresh instead of a few of those cards, add in maybe 2 juniper.
I think that will go along way for consistency.
Instead of Fisherman, Energy retrieval should work better so its not your supporter for the turn. Plus powers for the mirror and Zekrom will be helpful.
2 Flower shop Lady seems excessive. I think only 1 is needed, but none if you have revive and bump to 2 energy retrieval, you can reuse them with Junk Arm which should probably be at 3.
Another thing is that 3 communication and 3 PETM seems a little much too. if you add in the hand refresh and with ninetales you should be needing to search things so much.

Sorry if it seems like much, but I think these changes should help you alot.

i have change the deck a little bit, hope you guys like what i change to the deck. one more thing i want to put professor juniper in this deck, but i don't know what to take out hope u guys can help me out.

whats with all those techs like lanturn prime? Just put in Ursaring Prime, I played a donchamp in BRs and destroyed it with my flarebear just put in 4-4 Ursaring prime, skip reshiram, keep typhlosion, and the 2 ninetaile. Its a great combo and reshiram just breaks it.
