So, when I get Garchomp Lv. X out and use Restore to bring a Rhyperior or another Garchomp from my discard pile to my bench as a Basic, like the attack says, does is count as a "Pokemon that isn't an Evolved Pokemon," meaning it can't attack Mewtwo Lv. X, and will Machamp's (SF) Take Out attack Knock it out, or will it still be able to attack Mewtwo Lv. X and survive a Take Out from Machamp (SF)?

Mewtwo LvX's Poke-BODY applies to any 'Restored' Pokemon. Restore says, "put it on the bench as a Basic Pokemon", so it would be 'not an evolved Pokemon'. We can't comment on Machamp, until it is released...
