retreat problems

hi, I played a match against an AMU-deck. In my deck i play ariados(MT)

Ariados pokebody says that all Pokemons retreat cost 1 :colorless more.

Mesprit(MT) pokebody says that all pixies gets 0 in retreat...

Will mesprit remove Ariados body, or will Ariados add retreat to the pixies?

Something that sets a Retreat cost to "0" trumps something that just adds to it.
They have zero retreat.
