pokemon 21
4-4-3 empoleon
2-2 palkia
3 skarmory ex
3 stantler

trainers 23

4 warp point
3 rosseanne
4 celios
3 prof oak visit
4 quick ball
2 night maintenance
3 windstorm

energy 16
4 cyclone energy
9 water energy
3 scramble energy

strategy is to have skarmory ex and palkia on your bench using palkia, warp points, and cyclone energies to switch your opponents active pokemon and abuse skarmory ex's pokebody. prinplup can pick off the pokemon who have 10 hp left, or do 40 to ones with 40 or more, empoleon can do basically the same thing

flygon d ex variant

pokemon 19
4-2-3 flygon d ex DF
2-2 palkia
3 skarmory ex
3 corsola sw

trainers 25
4 warp point
3 rosseanne
2 celios
2 bebes
3 prof oak visit
4 quick ball
3 rare candy
2 night maintenance
2 lake boundy (tech to 1 hit gallade)

energy 16
4 cyclone energy
8 psychic
4 water

corsola grabs all of the basics you need, palkia, skarmory, trapinch. build up flygon to spread damage while warp pointing, cyclone, palkia. any basic pkmn with 60 or less hp dies every turn from skarmory -30 and flygon -30

just a thought, quick brainstorm and this hit me
