Needs 1 or 2 DCE (for rage or Uxie X), Reversal, 1 Palmers over 1 NM (trainer lock :thumb:), 2 Uxie should be good, add in 1 Uxie X, and call isn't really necessary. Machamp isn't a 'set-up' deck as much as it is a speed deck (Kingdra, Speedrill, Machamp, etc.)

why is caps lock necessary when you can have all lowercase and big size font?

Anyways, I think that Rare Candies would help with speed. Sure, you have a heavy 4-4-4 Machamp line, but you will not always draw into a Machop, Machoke, Machamp, and a BTS. Rare Candies, in my opinion, are more consistent.
You have a fast early-game setup, but what happens late in the game when your opponent has a heavy hitter out? I think you should put in Machamp Lv. X to do heavy damage when you need it. I know that your chances of drawing into a Machamp T1 are slightly decreased, but I think that the extra damage would be worth it.
Uxie Lv. X might not be too bad of an idea to consider. You can use Trade Off to get extra cards into your hand.

Is it still played much? No.

There, it's a rogue.

Why it isn't doesn't matter. There doesn't even need to be a rational reason. The fact is, it isn't played anymore, and the result is that it's rogue.

The end.

Anyways, Expert Belt is rather pointless. How about taking those two out for two Communication?

-1 Machoke
-1 Night M. or Palmers...your choice.
-1 Super Scoop Up
-1 Uxie

Or you could -4 Pokedrawer+ your choice.

+4 Double Colorless

T2 or T1 Hurricane Punch can wreck a G'd basic. Also helps power up for Rage.

I also like Pokemon Reversal in here...

You could lose the bat and the turns and add 4 Reversal and put back a Super Scoop Up...

But the DCEs could help you later in the game when you need to attack something that IS Guarded, and it also helps with powering up Rage. I think the possible benefits are good enought to put the DCEs in.

-4 Pokedrawer +
-1 Machoke
-1 Night Maintenance
-2 Fighting

+4 reversal
+1-1 (or 2-2 your choice) luxray gl
+2 Multi Energy

The name of the game is "you play basics, I KO them".

I disagree - everyone that's been around for the past year knows how to play against it (taking the rogue element of surprise out of it). If this deck is anything, it's outdated. Not to say it can't do well as it's probably a good meta call.

Ok it doesnt matter if its rogue. It doesnt matter. Its a speed machamp deck. I am not worried about this because this a a fun deck and not a tourny deck. Barely anyone plays inknown g, if they do, i can roseanns or uxie or pokedraw for the xtra energy
