We were just wondering if you could get a lvl. x basic with a Roseanne's Research. I don't think you can, but I just wanna make sure.

The only Basic Pokémon that you can get with Roseanne's Research are the ones that say "Basic" under the name of the card. Level X cards don't call themselves Basic Pokémon cards, they are instead Level-Up cards.

So, no, you cannot get a Level X Pokémon with Roseanne's Research.
