can some one tell me what is being rotated out as i cant find out and i need to now if ex dragon is still going to be tornament leagel
 
No permanent news yet, but the rotation will either be HL-on or FRLG-on.

So either way, Ruby/Sapphire, Sandstorm, Dragon, and Magma/Aqua will be rotated out.

Hidden Legends may be rotated out, depending on whether the new modified starts with it or not.
 
Why not just read one of the many "Next Modified Format" topics located in the News & Gossip Forum?
