Energy
4x Scramble Energy
4x Rainbow
12x Water

This deck follows the same attack pattern of any Ludicargo deck, except It includes Quagsire so I can hit early on, and I can heal at the same time, I also use battle frontier to shut off any Slamence EX, Dark Draggy/Dark Electrode (Dragtrode) Dark Tyranitar/Dark Amphy Decks Poke-Powers or Poke-Bodys so that they become sitting ducks.
Jirachi is there for evolving, Dunsparce speeds up circular steps so that I can easily KO a ton of Pokemon.
I don't often worry about Zapdos EX since where I go, not many people play it, thats why there are no Lanturn.

Its good, but you can put another chain of pokes insted of Quag. A tech chain like rydon, weezing or lanturn would be better. My ludicargo deck has a 1-1 of rydon( great against Rocklock´s Amphy) and a 1-1 of weezing (add 1 desert ruins and kill zappy for 1 energy). you can try some pokeball if you dont have celio, and change reporters for copycat.
You also need DRE insted some scramble, and take out some rainbow or water you have to much energys. Put another desert and BF. You also need reversal, stone g. and swich or warp point, put some of them in any number.

I hope i help

1. too much energy
2. drop the quagsire line, it wont help you
3. more draw power.... and more candy, drop 1-2 brineys for sure
4. add in warp/pow/reversal. theyre such amazing cards, you already use scramble, why not use pow?
5. drop the wallys, and get more celios. you'll want like 3-4

No no. HL jirachi is much faster than DX. After his power, it gets asleep so the posibility of not atacking is very bad.
And you can have a stage one in the 2nd turn. also for a better use of dx jirachi you will need a magcargo in the first or second turn. its not imposible but.... hard. its not a bad card but i will take the HL. your call to choise

some good advice i see posted for your deck, here's some more:
take out:
3 scramble
4 rainbow
3 water e.

put in:
4 double rainbow
4 muilti

concentrate on the core of the deck, get the ludicolo magcargo working,
I would add 1 more slug+magcargo, I also agree celio is better than wally's. you want to get magcargo evolved, and you don't want him active. I also like master ball because you can do it the same turn as a supporter. The top players I play with (Tom, Drew, Chris - see Ohio top ranking) us Kingdra in similar decks.
the advantage of the other jirachi is it does its thing with no energy, they never attack with it, just wait for it to get knocked out or warp pt. it.
Personally i think the Battle Frontiers are a waste because if your playing Dragonite you expect it, thus have a hand full of team rocket hideouts. keep the crystal shard that must stay.
I too recommend outting the Quagsire line, although i like the pokemon, the early hitting you should be doing is with dunsparce and jirachi's power. with the double rainbow's ludicolo only needs two energy cards so he should be ready to go, if you speed up the ludi/magc teaming.
I agree the deck is lean on draw cards, adding one oak reseach (to prevent decking) and 2 VS Seekers might help.

for nrg play:
1 Scramble
3 DRE
2 Heal
8-10 Water

Also, they dont use Kingdra anymore.
Use DX JIrachi
You dont necessarily want to attack with it. ITs also good with cargo

dont play POR, its terrible. Play admin

Also, draggy isnt gonna have a hand full of rockets hideouts. You play the BF, then admin them.

Masterball is terrible. Its all on luck and it usually turns into wasted deck space.

VS seeker screws u early game. Your better off playing more draw.

UMM why play 4 multi? EWWW u dont wanna attack w/ magcargo let alone put 3 nrg on it. -_______- plus scramble rules in ludicargo cause they'll prolly kill ur rachi and than bam u surprise em w/ da scramble. BTW newsflash, Oak sucks ;xx, the funny thing is if ur gonna deck oak makes u draw 5 cards, admin u can draw anywhere from 0 to however many prizes u have left. =D what a fun fast. BF does work in it and it DOES screw 2/3 of the draggys out there. No one cares who you play with man, you just proved how "good" you are by your advice. Masterball is stupid, didn't u just tell us about the rachi combo? so there would b no problem usin the celio, cause u use rachi and cargo for a "QS". Btw VS seeker sux, 2 is just insane, you will draw them instead of the supporters u wanna use.

Hmm, well, how about you go this list

3 Lombre
4 Ludicolo
2 Slugma
2 Cargo
4 Sparce
1 Jirachi DX
20 Pokemon

3 Swoop
3 BF
2 Admin
4 Steven
2 CC
1 Retriever
1 Shard
1 Charm
3 Celio
2 Briney
3 Candy
24 Trainers

1 Scramble
4 DRE
8 Water
3 Fire

honestly, dont play fire dude -___- You dont want to attack with the stupid cargo. ITs useless. 50 for 3 is awful and it would get killed next turn.
