Yeah they are definitely near mint, pretty darn good condition overall. Wouldn't call em perfectly mint (though they look perfectly mint from the front), since there are ever so slight whitings on some of the sides/corners visible from the back...but they aren't really that notable. I'd give em...8.5/10!
