Now I know that non-native players are not allowed to play in a national tournament, but this one might be quite important for the upcoming CCs and SCs.
Would international players (eg, Belgian players for a Dutch tournament) be allowed to participate in a City or State Championship in their respective non-native countries?
I have not seen any rule on the POP website to state the opposite, but this would greatly help us in seeing who will be able to attend.
