ruling for Will supporter card

I'm making a expanded Spiritomb deck with the doom decree attack, but I am unsure if Will affects the attack. I have to flip two heads in order for doom decree to work, but if Will allows me to choose the first coin flip, and I choose tails, and I do land a tails on the first flip, does doom decree fail after that? If it works, will two heads also work to use the attack? I tested it out in live but it doom decree failed getting tails with Will, I'm now confused on how Will is supposed to work in a scenario like this.

This question is very hard to follow.
If you choose Tails, Doom Decree will fail.
If you're going to choose Heads, then you need to communicate what your flip it. Say if it is the first flip which will be automatically heads, or say that it is the second flip.
What happens if you don't communicate?
You need to get the Judge to rule.
We don't handle fixing game state or issuing penalties in this forum.
