I had just read Honchkrow SV's attack, where it will do 30 plus 10 for each Pokemon not considered "Evolved".
I know SP Pokemon are considered basic, but what of their LV. X counterparts? Say, if Honchkrow could do 40 due to Garchomp C being on the field, and it is leveled up into Garchomp C LV. X, will Honchkrow still do its 40 damage? Or would LV. X not count as "not Evolved" and Honchkrow's damage back to 30?
Are "Leveled-Up Pokemon" and "Evolved Pokemon" considered the same category when figuring attacks like Honchkrow SV's into the equation?
