If player A accidentally uses Claydols Cosmic Power after player B used (LA) Mespirits poke-power in the last turn, then what would happen?
ex: player A uses Cosmic Power, puts one card on the bottom of the deck then starts to draw. After player A draws the first card both the judge and player B catch the mistake, however player A has seen their top card. The ruling at our event was that player A would shuffle his/her deck but I was a bit uncertain of this ruling, was it correct?
