I hate to hear these stories, I prey that God will watch over them and they have many family and friends to help them through this time.

No, but I met with this man one time, who had wonderful things to say about the kids and parents at the 2006 Regionals held at this center.

He was everything a businessman is supposed to be. Good to his staff, good to his customers, and loyal to his values.

He will be missed in our community.

It seems like there has been more shootings/deaths in the news, especially within this part of the country recently. You have the Kirkwood shootings, the NIU shootings, and now this.

It makes you wonder just what this world is coming to.

Thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Hopefully the murderers get caught and their just punishment is carried out swiftly. Goes to show how criminals really dont think about consequences. What could have been a simple misdemeanor will now turn into manslaughter. Very sad indeed. :-(

The part that bother me is, people like the thieves will claim it's not they're fault to the very end, swift justice to the theives but Justice and justice alone

Not manslaughter, should be felony murder! You commit several different felonies (robbery is one) and someone dies as a result, it goes up to 1st degree felony murder. I've defended enough of those types of cases to know.

5 dollars......
They killed a man for 5 dollars!
It's RIDICULOUS how someone would do such a thing. Prayers go out to the family and friends. It's just really sad how this stuff happens so much....
