I'm very confused about safeguard. I thought all pokemon EX attacks were negated in regards to how it affects the pokemon with Safeguard, but the Pokemon Trading Card Game Online tells a different story. Twice my opponent's pokemon Mega Ex have KO'd my Sigilyph. Are there different rulings in place against Mega Pokemon because they are evolved? Please explain.
