So after I evolve a pokemon to stage 1 after Salvatore.
Can I manually evolve it into stage 2 that turn?
Can I use TM Evolution to evolve it into stage 2 that turn?
No to the first.
Yes to the second.
If you manually evolved first (assuming that was allowed), then you could use Salvatore to get to the Stage 2 that same turn.
